Through working with people within the area of health and fitness as a personal trainer, for the past six years I began to notice that often when they did not achieve the results they wanted it was not because they didn't put enough effort in or that they were lazy or some other ridiculous word we use to put ourselves down. All too often I found that people had difficulty changing the habits they had developed over the years, and often could not understand the impact of these habits until they became real problems.

I decided to explore new ways in which people could make changes that would help them to introduce new ideas and concepts into their lives that would be of benefit to them, and did not demand they stop doing all the things they like, yet made available all the positive aspects of change.

Through training as a counsellor, I have developed skills that enable me to have a deeper understanding of a client's unique needs and circumstances, which can have a huge impact on how you feel and respond to change.

My training as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) has ebabled me to develop skills which I can use to help you to change unwanted behaviours and more importantly design new ones which are more effective, productive and provide you with more choice in your life.

It is with this approach that I feel you can begin to achieve results, not just in exercise, but in areas of your life that provide you with more freedom to make decisions about the things that effect you most.

Counselling helps clients to arrive at decisions and understandings of their lives at a pace that is always determined by the clients. By being able to express themselves in this way many people feel able to make beneicial changes in their lives by becoming more aware of the issues that may be holding them back.

Personal Training
This provides a unique service whereby a client's fitness needs and goals are assessed and then programmes are designed to meet those needs. Your sessions will inculde a lifestyle consultation, stress analysis and fitness training, consisting of body fat, blood pressure, VO2 max test and calorie expenditure.
